(1) Regardless of anything written in the Organization Registration Act, 2034, if two-thirds of the members present at the general meeting of the organization performing financial arbitration work in accordance with this Act support the proposal to merge another organization into itself or to merge their organization into another, the proposal shall be deemed to have been passed by the general meeting. However, according to this Act, no proposal to merge or be merged with an organization that has not acted as a financial intermediary may be passed. The existence shall be deemed to have ended automatically. (3) According to sub-section (1), the assets of the merging organization shall be transferred to the merging entity and all the liabilities of the merging entity shall be borne by the merging entity.
